"The Danish commercial foundations are unique and help ensure that Danish companies remain Danish. The Poul Due Jensen Foundation's goal will always be - and has always been - to strengthen and develop its role as both an active and responsible owner of Grundfos, and as a proactive commercial foundation with charitable interest and support within research and innovation, social responsibility and sustainable access to safe drinking water in developing countries. I strongly support these values and purposes and I look forward to cooperate with the board, the employees and the Grundfos Group," says Kim Nøhr Skibsted.
Kim Nøhr Skibsted joins The Poul Due Jensens Foundation with immediate effect and replaces Christian Hartvig, who resigns by mutual agreement.
